3 days to kill is
an American action thriller directed by MCG, starring Kevin Costner, Amber
heard, Connie Nelson and Halie Stanfield along with other co-actors. 3 days to
kill is a story of dying ex-CIA agent who wanted to re-unite with his wife and
daughter and is offered a lifesaving drug for one last assignment. One day
Runner got disabled because of severe cough and diagnosed that he is suffering
from brain tumor spread across his lungs. He decides to live his remaining
months of life with his ex-wife and daughter. He went back to Paris and build
and awkward reunion with his daughter Zoey and wife Christian. Runner told his
wife about his critical illness. Christian permits him to live with Zoey. Vivi
another CIA girl recruits Runner and asked him to find and kill Wolf who is an
Albino, lieutenant to an arms trafficker. Vivi is personally assigned by the
CIA director to kill wolf. She asked Runner to do the task and he will be
awarded with the lifesaving drug. Vivi told Runner the way he would be able to
track wolf and Albino. Runner is working on the task as well as he has to deal
with Zoey and her habit lying so she can party out with friends. Once he
rescues Zoey in the party from a bad guy which rebuilds father daughter
relationship and impresses the mother. Runner tracks the Wolf and the Albino
into the subway, but they gain the upper hand when he is disabled by the
hallucinations, that are the effects of the drug which left Runner unconscious
and only took over by consuming alcohol, the Albino attempts to kill him by
pushing him in front of an oncoming train, but Renner manages to push the
Albino on the track instead. The Wolf escapes.
Runner Christian and Zoey is
invited to the party throw by Zoey’s friends’ father who is basically wolf’s
business partner. He manages to rescue Zoey and Christian from the firing
started by wolf’s goons and he got the chance to kill wolf but hallucinations
attacks. Vivi appears and asks Runner to finish the task but he denies as he
promises his wife that he will not kill anybody again. Vivi takes the gun and
kills the wolf. Runner manages to survive till the Christmas and receives
another packet with the lifesaving drug. In the end Vivi is seen on the cliff
smiling and Runner reunites with his family and got more time to live.
